Library (Digital & Physical)

  • The Library at EIILM-Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus is a repository of knowledge.
  • It has more than 2500 books and journals.
  • It houses around 1200 volumes of periodicals, project reports, dissertations and 6,000 items of printed materials like reports, pamphlets and newspapers.
  • Publications from renowned publishing houses like Oxford, Willey McGraw Hill, Blackwell, and Palgrave’s, Sage, Pearson, amongst others add to the unique collection of the EIILM Library.
  • It also has a journal section consisting of international and online journals from Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Economist, Time, Span, etc.

EIILM-Kolkata library also subscribes to online databases like EBSCO, DELNET, which are available for online access from e-resources for all students and staff. We provide the facility of the E-Library 24X7

Computer Lab

  • EIILM Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus’s Lab has More than 40 computers, have Broadband internet connectivity available for all teachers and students in the Institute premise.
  • The systems have a range of functional software such as Word Processors, Spreadsheets, Database Packages, and Presentation Tools. Advanced technology like Think Client is used to facilitate easy networking by connecting all the computers through LAN.
  • Data protection is also ensured with the extensive use and updating of antivirus software like Quick Heal, Kaspersky, Norton Antivirus, etc.
  • Additionally, the campus of EIILM-Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus are Wi-Fi enabled to ensure that students, as well as teachers, can use their laptops remotely anywhere within the campus premises.

Cafeteria

  • EIILM-Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus’s cafeteria offers delicious food at a subsidized rate. The food served is prepared in hygienic conditions. It also serves tea, coffee, confectionary, and traditional breakfast, and lunch with Indian and Chinese dishes.
  • The canteen is open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. It is a cool place to hang out with friends and give vent to creative thoughts and ideas.

The cafeteria also caters to arranging food for events, meetings, celebrations, and special occasions.

Common Space

  • Common Space is the place where the students can relax a little after busy academic schedules. The objective is to ensure a holistic environment for sharing talent and team management.
  • Facilities for extracurricular activities and indoor games like Carrom, Chess are available.

Playground

  • EIILM-Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus boasts a spacious playground that supports a wide range of outdoor sports and physical activities. EIILM-Kolkata Jalpaiguri Campus provides ample sports and fitness facilities, including Taekwondo training sessions and provisions for playing cricket and badminton, encouraging students to maintain physical fitness and develop teamwork skills.

Hostel
